What is my order status?

Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password.
Step 2 - Once logged into your account, your order will be listed under "View Your Order/History". Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the right of the page under "status". If your status shows as "Complete" or "Partially Shipped", your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your item has left the warehouse. To see where your item is at, you can check the tracking number (if available)* by clicking the "Track" hyperlink.

How long may it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. However, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. You can be confident that your personal information is secure, as we employ 128-bit encrypton technology on all parts of our site that require personal information

How to change or cancel an order?

Within 12 hours of placing an order, you may contact customer service to change or cancel your order. After 12 hours of order time please refer to our return policy to return or exchange the item ordered.

What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?

If the item you ordered is on backorder, customer service will contact you to ask how you would like to proceed with the order.

When will my credit card be charged or refunded?

Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, we will not charge your card until your product is shipped. We do authorize funds from your account as soon as you place an order, which may affect the available funds in your account. If you have cancelled your order it may take a while for it to reflect on your account balance.

Do you charge sales tax?

If the order is shipped within New York State , the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this time.

We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of New York State.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

The time from when the order is placed until it is received it is called the total delivery time. The total delivery time is is divided in two parts: processing time and shipping time. Processing time is the time frame from when the order was placed till when it was shipped. Shipping time is the time frame from when the item is sent from our location till when it arrives to your address. Generally, processing time for most of our brands is 1-2 business days. However, some of our brands may take longer than 1-2 business days. New orders are processed until 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We ship within the United States including Alaska,Hawaii and APO,FPO addresses. Currently, we do not ship internationally; however, this may change shortly.

How to use a coupon or gift card?

How to use a coupon or gift card After adding a product(s) to your card enter your "coupon" or "gift card" number into the required field located at the bottom of the checkout page and click on the "Apply" button. The "coupon" or "gift card" discount will only appear on your order when you click on the "checkout now" button within the shopping cart. The coupon amount will be subtracted from your total purchase not including shipping and applicable sales tax.

How to edit my account information

To add, change or delete an address
Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password.
Step 2 - To modify and existing address, select the address you wish to change and click the "change address" link.
Step 3 - To add a new address click on the "add address" link. To Change name,email address or password Step 1 - Enter your changed information and click on the "update" button.

How to retrieve a lost password

To protect your privacy, Passwords are not saved in the system. If you forgot your password: Go to the login page and enter your email address in the bottom box and click on the "request new password" button. You will then receive a one-time password which you will be prompted to change upon your first login.
