Return and Exchange Policy

At Vision in Style, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to offering you the best service and guarantee 100% authenticity on all sunglasses. Our aim is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please follow the procedures listed below to ensure a prompt replacement, refund or credit. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price.

Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that your shopping experience be pressure free. At Vision in Style our FREE return policy lets customers shop with confidence. within 7 days of receipt of item(s). It may be returned FREE of restocking fees, excluding shipping fees. Only after 7 days of the time of arrival will a 20% restocking fee be the responsibility of the customer.

We are pleased to offer a free one-time exchange policy, excluding shipping fees. Item(s) may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of item(s).

 

Prescription lenses are customized items therefore cannot be returned. If we made an error, we will gladly replace the lenses at no cost. However, if you wish to change your order to a different frame, color or size within 30 days of receipt of item(s), we will honor a one-time remake of the same lens at a 50% discount.

Contact Lenses Return Policy

Sealed boxes of contact lenses may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply to the return or exchange of contacts.
Opened boxes of contacts cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to return or exchange an item:

  • In order to return an item you first need to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request a RMA number online click here.
  • To request a RMA number by phone, call customer service at 888-789-5311
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • All original packaging material, including warranties and instruction booklets must be included in the package.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The RMA must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label via email, print the label and tape it on the carton.
  • Returned items not accompanied by a RMA number will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Send authorized returns to the address provided by Customer Service.
